Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Must pass a Level II Background Check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Attend mandatory training sessions when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair or general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets and roofs.
• Troubleshoot and adjust locks on cabinets, closets, and desks; service HVAC units by reporting issues.
• Move and assist in transportation of furniture and equipment; maintain safe work practices.
• Participate in in-service trainings as required by Operations Manager or Executive Director.
