Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance across multiple sites, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry and furniture moves.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork, with opportunities to support preventive care and facility upgrades while maintaining a clean, secure environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in routine facilities maintenance with repair skills in mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry and moving furniture.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections with proper documentation.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work environment and assist with setup/breakdown of rooms for events and meetings.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies under direction of the Director.
