Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders with Home Managers and staff to plan maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Build, repair, and install counters, cabinets, benches, doors, and partitions.
• Paint walls and trim; install glass, blinds, and door hardware.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with building codes; plan reconstruction or upgrades.
• Review manuals and determine preventive maintenance frequency.
