Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our SoCal-based clubs. You’ll fix, maintain, and upgrade gym equipment, ensure safety, and keep facilities looking top‑notch to delight members.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience (preferred).
• 1 year handyman experience (preferred).
• General repair and building maintenance skills.
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the facility and identify repair needs.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Work with GM on repair timelines and report to Regional Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment.
• Order parts, tools, and materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility.
• Complete monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Help members on the floor when needed.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
