Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to service our clubs. You will ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, functional, and presentable, keeping logs and coordinating with the General Manager on repair timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, strong organization, and customer-ready service, with a competitive hourly pay, full-time status, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience (preferred).
• 1 year handyman experience (preferred).
• General repair + building maintenance skills.
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs.
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs.
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines.
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment.
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials.
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself.
• Completing monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Helping members on the floor when needed.

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be:

• Working in a lively gym environment
• Lifting 50+ lbs
• Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders
• Moving equipment
• Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts
