Job summary

Crunch in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, hype energy, and keep the club looking sharp. This role is all about being the vibe, not a quiet desk job, with free workouts and a fast-paced, social environment.

You will book KickOff appointments, assist members, answer calls, and help maintain a clean, organized club. We value outgoing, energetic, coachable team players and offer advancement opportunities, training, and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a bonus.
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each).

Responsibilities

Your shifts will be a mix of everything — perfect for anyone who hates being bored:

• Greet members like they’re walking into a party
• Book members for their KickOff appointment, so we can actually help them reach their goals!
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic
• Answer phones + help members with anything they need
• Open/close the POS drawer + complete checklists
• Be the person who makes someone’s day better just by saying hi with your million dollar smile!

You’re basically the club’s social butterfly.

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each)
• Must be CPR/AED certified
• Someone who can hype others up and take feedback like a champ
