SIR Fitness LLC operates Crunch clubs, including maintenance teams that keep gym equipment, facilities, and safety systems running smoothly. Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• 1 year handyman experience preferred.
• General repair and building maintenance skills.
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the facility and identify repair needs.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Work with the General Manager on repair timelines.
• Report to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment.
• Order parts, tools, and materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself.
• Complete monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Help members on the floor when needed.

• Working in a lively gym environment
• Lifting 50+ lbs
• Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders
• Moving equipment
• Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself
