Job summary

SIR Fitness LLC. operates Crunch clubs in Southern California and seeks a vibrant Member Services Representative in Garden Grove to greet members, book KickOff appointments, and keep the club welcoming and energetic.

You will be part of a no-judgment, high-energy team with benefits like free membership, advancement opportunities, and a culture that values fun and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Availability for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and set a welcoming tone.
• Book KickOff appointments to help members reach goals.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Answer phones and assist members with needs.
• Open/close the POS drawer and complete checklists.
• Help hype the team and contribute to a high-energy environment.

You’re basically the club’s social butterfly.

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each)
• Must be CPR/AED certified
• Someone who can hype others up and take feedback like a champ
