Job summary

SIR Fitness LLC. is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Crunch Fitness clubs across Southern California.

The role is hands-on, safety‑driven, and focused on keeping all equipment and spaces reliable for members. You will walk the facility daily to identify repairs, log maintenance, coordinate with the General Manager, and perform preventative maintenance on gym equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• 1 year handyman experience preferred.
• General repair and building maintenance skills.
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs.
• Reliable transportation to multiple club sites.

Responsibilities

• Walk the facility to identify repair needs.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Coordinate repair timelines with the General Manager.
• Report to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment.
• Order parts, tools, and materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance on gym equipment and facilities.
• Complete monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Assist members on the floor when needed.

• Lifting 50+ lbs
• Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders
• Moving equipment
• Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself
