Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure efficient operation.

You will work under supervision to follow defined procedures, inspect equipment for compliance, and assist with installation and modification of building systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
