Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$23.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

1. Utilizing various hand tools to perform inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
2. Assisting with plumbing installations and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including repairs and maintenance.
3. Maintaining equipment records and submitting completed documents to the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for review.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

1. Have a high school diploma or GED and three years of work experience in at least one building trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
2. Possess knowledge of maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with carpentry skills.
3. Are willing to learn and adapt to new skills needed for the operation of all facility equipment.
