Job summary

McLean Hospital is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across the facility. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with contractors to ensure dependable operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read schematics. This onsite role offers a 40-hour week at 52 Oak Street, Middleborough, MA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of utility systems.
• Experience in a facility setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance on utility systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades to utility systems.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor utility systems performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
