Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10/30 certification and RCRA training preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing).
• Diagnose and fix problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and infrastructure.
• Maintain logs and documentation of repairs and inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Assist or oversee external contractors during scheduled work.
