Job summary

Evapco is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve building systems and facility infrastructure. The role supports preventative maintenance, responds to requests, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in maintenance, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CMMS systems. On-site work in a dynamic production environment is required.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow while delivering fanatical customer service to the Production Team.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in a maintenance environment or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and BOMs required
• Use and understanding of various measuring devices common to support production equipment
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to deal with conflict positively
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems desired

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Support facility projects and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect facility assets and recommend corrective actions.
• Document work orders for asset reliability and maintenance history.
