Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in building systems preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs.
• Comfortable working around residents and staff in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of facility and grounds.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance throughout the building.
• Monitor and maintain facility systems and logs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance and repair needs.
• Identify supply, equipment, and repair needs and communicate them to supervisor.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
