Job summary

The Cincinnati Job Corps Center, operated by Insights Training Group LLC, seeks a full-time maintenance technician responsible for building and equipment upkeep including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repairs, read manuals, and ensure safety, with opportunities to supervise student workers and maintain campus facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred.
• One-year general maintenance or technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks as needed.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders.
• Ensure safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate with student workers and supervision.
