We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to help keep our 99‑bed skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds
- Perform general repairs and maintenance as directed
- Complete routine preventative maintenance throughout the building
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining facility systems, including water temperatures, call lights, generators, fire alarms, and other required maintenance logs
- Respond promptly to maintenance and repair needs
- Identify supply, equipment, and repair needs and communicate them to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Assist with additional maintenance projects and responsibilities throughout the facility
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or similar hands‑on experience is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete assigned repairs
- Dependable with strong time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and respectful when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors
- Ability to follow safety procedures and written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a long‑term care/skilled nursing environment
