Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Westminster clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while collaborating with leadership and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with CMMS/work order tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with CMMS / work order systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition.
• Document work completed, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors.
