Job summary

VASA Fitness in Westminster, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll perform routine inspections, respond to work orders, and coordinate with leadership on preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

This hands-on role offers training, opportunities for certification reimbursement, and growth within a fast-paced national gym team. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but training is available.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS/work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and other workout equipment in safe condition.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Document work in CMMS with parts used and repairs.
• Participate in club walks and communicate safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with general facility upkeep including painting and groundskeeping.
• Collaborate with General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors.
