Job summary
VASA Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Westminster, CO location to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with club leadership to ensure high-quality member experiences.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but training may be provided.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Experience with CMMS / maintenance management software or similar tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide daily updates to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Document work completed, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS system.
