Job summary

VASA Fitness in Boise, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our clubs safe, functional, and welcoming for members. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and manage preventive maintenance across club equipment and building systems.

Join a hands-on role with CMMS work orders, collaboration with club leadership, and opportunities for training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred; training offered
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Experience with CMMS / maintenance software and work orders
• Valid driver's license; occasional use of personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime
• Maintain equipment in safe, working condition
• Document work performed and parts used in CMMS
• Coordinate with General Manager and vendors as needed
