Douglas County Salmon Harbor Marina/Winchester Bay is seeking an On-Call Maintenance Technician to perform journey-level duties across county facilities, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, along with remodeling and furniture moves.

The role supports maintenance planning, uses hand and power tools, and may supervise inmate crews. A valid Oregon driver's license and reliable attendance are required.

Competenze

• At least four years of successful technical training or progressively responsible work in building construction or mechanical maintenance.
• One building trade certification and/or license is required.

Mansioni

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance to county buildings, equipment, and property.
• Assist in remodeling, moving furniture, and coordinating with outside vendors or contractors.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Establish records and report maintenance needs to supervisor; schedule preventive services.
