The role includes after-hours on-call duties and potential supervisory duties on maintenance teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of related experience, a valid SC driver’s license, and EPA universal certification within one year.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Four years HVAC and/or electrical experience.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license with clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification within 1 year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex HVAC or electrical repairs in commercial and residential buildings.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/electrical units and install wiring, fixtures, and conduits.
• Interpret HVAC blueprints and schematics to perform duties.
• Operate and maintain HVAC equipment; follow safety procedures.
