Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
