Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Knoxville, TN to support the community’s upkeep and safety. You will assist with interior and exterior maintenance, perform preventative tasks, and help ensure high resident satisfaction through timely service requests.

The role requires hands-on repair skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance) with strong communication. HVAC awareness and computer literacy are preferred, and weekends/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
