Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire safety systems.
• Inspect plumbing systems and repair fixtures as needed.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50lbs.
• Back-up for call person in case of emergency.
