Job summary

Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Residential Handyperson to maintain and repair building systems in Knoxville, TN. You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate with the Property Manager, and manage tenant access for repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. On-call rotations with travel compensation are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' maintenance/handyperson experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adjust shifts.
• Experience with light plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical.
• Good communication with tenants and staff.
• Owns necessary hand tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties (light plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical).
• Coordinate with Property Manager and tenants to schedule access for repairs.
• Manage service requests and track work performed.
• Complete renovations and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Participate in on-call rotations with compensation for travel.
