Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general construction.
• Comfort with hand and power tools; willingness to learn cannabis industry specifics.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Assist in preventative, routine and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Perform routine HVAC filter cleaning/replacements and light fabrication tasks.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Develop knowledge of facility equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, security).
• Work from ladders/scaffolding; operate basic hand tools; follow directions independently.
