Qualifications

• High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
• Basic knowledge with hand and power tools.
• Maintenance experience preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Must be at least 21 years old with valid state ID and cannabis background check eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform routine HVAC filter cleaning and replacement; basic lighting and hardware tasks.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and safety platforms; follow directions independently.
