Job summary

Kiln is a flex office and lifestyle brand operating in Meridian and Downtown Boise. The Facilities Maintenance Tech reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and Community Directors, ensuring upkeep, coordinating with vendors, and assisting staff to maintain a welcoming coworking environment.

The role covers tasks from drywall patching and painting to furniture repairs and daily maintenance. Mileage reimbursements apply for commuting between Kiln locations, supporting reliable transportation and

Qualifications

• Finish Carpentry or Painting experience is preferred.
• Handyman experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a Must.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for commuting between locations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Patching and painting drywall.
• Fixing furniture.
• Installing or fixing appliances as needed.
• Moving office panels and desks.
• Hanging art and door locks.
• Moving furniture.
• Scheduled Preventative Maintenance (HVAC filters, water filters).
• Schedule and manage temp staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate approved capital projects as directed by the Community Director/Build and Procurement Team.
