Job summary

Kiln seeks a Facilities Maintenance Tech to support two Phoenix locations (Biltmore and Gilbert) in upholding exceptional coworking spaces. You will handle repairs, furniture installation, and preventative tasks, ensuring safety and aesthetics for members and staff.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a flexible schedule once set, and includes mileage reimbursement for commuting between sites.

Qualifications

• Finish carpentry and painting experience preferred.
• Handyman skills with basic repairs and maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to reported issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Install/move furniture, hang art/whiteboards/TVs, fix or install appliances.
• Maintain appliances and equipment; monitor HVAC/filters as needed.
• Schedule and manage temp staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with warranties and state/federal requirements.
