Job summary

CloudKitchens is hiring a field-based Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple DC-area sites. You will perform general repairs (drywall, painting, tiling), routine maintenance on HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and site operations support while traveling between facilities.

Work independently with experienced teams, with a clear path to Senior Technician or Facilities Management roles. Pay ranges from $20.75 to $24.75 per hour plus overtime and full benefits, including 401(k),

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance & Repairs: perform general repairs across multiple sites (drywall, painting, tiling, shelving, equipment installation, floor upkeep, exterior maintenance).
• Preventative Maintenance: routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Site Operations Support: travel between multiple sites across the DMV area, troubleshoot facility issues, partner with internal teams to keep kitchens operational.
