The Facilities Maintenance Tech position supports the Senior Facilities Manager & Community Directors at our Kiln Meridian & Downtown Boise Locations in executing the upkeep and general maintenance of the facility, coordinate with vendors when needed, aids staff by repairing reported issues, installing, and moving furniture, maintaining appliances, and assisting our team to ensure a pleasing atmosphere for the coworking community. Our Meridian Location is located at 1120 S Rackham Way and our Downtown Boise Location is on N 4th and W Idaho. This role will work 40 hours per week. We strive to maintain scheduling flexibility, while ensuring that the majority of each shift (approximately 75%) overlaps with standard business hours to support collaboration with the community team.
