Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in El Cajon, CA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance, with preferred certifications and hands-on welding experience. Strong troubleshooting and fabrication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Complete preventative maintenance and respond to facility work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and building systems.
Assist with installation, relocation, and modification of manufacturing equipment.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
