Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance or related experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and hardware.
• Inspect facility equipment to identify deficiencies and prevent failures.
• Respond to service requests, equipment failures, leaks, and power issues.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to contractors when needed.
• Support HVAC maintenance and related components.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs where permitted.
• Carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs.
• Maintain clean, safe maintenance areas.
