Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repairs and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
• Maintain a professional appearance in required uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the end of the workday.
• Handle snow and ice removal as necessary.
• Take responsibility for lock-outs and 24-hour service requests.
