Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related trades.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential problems.
• Complete work orders accurately and document work performed.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, locks, and common area equipment.
• Perform exterior maintenance tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls on a rotation basis.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain organized inventory of tools and supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and updates to property managers, tenants, and contractors.
