Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of general maintenance experience including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Performs painting, carpentry and general maintenance to keep facilities in like‑new condition.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed by state law.
• Conducts service and asset inspections as needed.
• Uses tablet/phone to access work orders, submit reports and timesheets.
• Travels between properties to service multiple sites.
