JK Findings in Rochester, NY is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the two-story facility clean, organized, and safe. This entry-level, on-site role supports daily operations by maintaining shared spaces and building systems.

You will perform routine cleaning, basic repairs, and exterior upkeep, with a shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Comfort using basic cleaning tools and an electric floor cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, floors and common spaces.
• Perform light repairs such as changing bulbs, unclogging sinks/toilets, patching drywall/painting.
• Seasonal exterior cleanup and snow/ice control.
