Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited technical program preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a professional setting.
• Basic electrical knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist inspectors and contractors with testing, inspection and repair to maintain safety compliance.
• Complete work orders and special projects efficiently within required timeframes.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Inspect tools and equipment, update maintenance records and service history.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Uphold hospitality and service standards for residents, staff, and guests.
• Remain composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code.
• Perform other tasks to support operational efficiency and facility functionality.
