Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, cleanliness, and the overall well-being of our 181-bed facility and guests.

The role includes routine maintenance, repairs across electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, upkeep of common areas, timely response to emergencies, and collaboration with departments to support facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, corridors, and rooms
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our facility
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
