Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; perform repairs.
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with inspections, touch-up painting, carpentry, and other repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and keep maintenance records.
