Job summary

Lexima is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The role requires independent work and strong problem-solving abilities.

You will service electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, maintain records, and follow safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient facility operation. A valid driver's license is preferred for site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
