Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a capable supervisor to direct day-to-day activities in our manufacturing or distribution center. You will assign tasks, coordinate machine maintenance, and allocate electro/mechanical resources to keep production running smoothly.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, training, and supporting maintenance functions at the site. Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment is required, with a preference for an associate degree in supervisory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment required.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes required.
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate machine maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Assist production management in maintenance, training, and operation of equipment.
• Support maintenance functions at a given location.
