Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a hands-on supervisor to direct the day-to-day manufacturing and distribution activities at our Reading, PA site. You will assign tasks, coordinate maintenance, and lead safety and efficiency improvements to ensure reliable production.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution environment with prior supervision and an associate degree in supervisory management or related field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment; required.
• Previous supervisory experience; required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes; required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field; desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment.
• Support maintenance functions at a given location.
