Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a manufacturing/warehouse supervisor to lead daily production activities, assign tasks, and coordinate maintenance resources to keep operations safe and efficient. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, prior supervision experience, and familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes.

A relevant Associate Degree is preferred, and a track record of continuous improvement and teamwork will help drive

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment required.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and processes required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment.
• Support maintenance functions at a given location.
