Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a manufacturing supervisor with strong leadership and a background in warehouse operations. You will direct daily activities, coordinate maintenance resources, and drive process improvements across the site.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing or distribution, supervision experience, and an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field is preferred. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required.
• Previous experience in supervision, Required.
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment.
• Support maintenance functions at a given location.
