Hope Haven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining facilities, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and assets, performing preventative maintenance and light construction work to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance trainees, coordinating work orders, and reporting facility needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years in facilities

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade cert preferred.
• Minimum three years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds care.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintaining Hope Haven buildings, grounds, and assets.
• Perform light construction, repairs, renovations, and painting.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance trainees and safety practices.
• Communicate updates and issues to Facilities Manager.
