Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises general operation, maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds to meet standards and policies.
• Oversees maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems.
• Responds to residents' repair requests and restores plumbing, electrical, heating, and lighting.
• Maintains and inspects common areas, ensuring walls, floors, doors, and woodwork meet standards.
• Assists in training maintenance staff and coordinates with fire and safety officials.
• Conducts safety training and ensures compliance with local codes and SDS handling.
