Community of Hope is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and mechanical systems across the campus. The role emphasizes upholding biblical priorities, ministry alignment, and service to staff, volunteers, and visitors.

The ideal candidate can multi-task, lead volunteers, and work calmly in a fast-paced church environment while maintaining a strong focus on the mission and campus upkeep.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ongoing Preventative and Deferred Maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, grounds, buildings, and related areas.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Participate in the Sunday Facilities Team Member Rotation.
• Perform related assignments from the Director of Facilities.
• Manage inventory: updates, counting, and replenishment of supplies.
• Oversee maintenance programs, permitting, and testing for equipment.
• Operate and maintain equipment (tractor, forklift, mowers, hedge trimmer).
• Support team culture and assist others to complete tasks.
• Daily facility setup; plan, organize and direct room usage and events.
• Engage with ministry opportunities while maintaining hospitality on campus.
• Assist with budget considerations to be economical while completing tasks.
